Dan Waysman Chairman and Co-Founder

Dan co-founded Retalika and serves as its Chairman. He brings extensive executive and entrepreneurial experience to the company. Dan has founded several start-ups in factory automation (Dangaw Chemicals & Technology, Epoxan and Dorim) and internet multimedia publishing (Arome Interactive and APUSA, Inc.). Earlier, as a senior executive at PackardBell/NEC, he created and built its Mobility business unit into a profitable, $1 billion operation. Dan holds degrees in Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and in Finance from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.

Shmil Levy Partner Sequoia Capital

Shmil is a Partner with Sequoia Capital Israel and focuses on semiconductor, software and systems investments. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2000, he was the President of Lucent Technologies Internetworking Systems Division. Shmil joined Lucent following Lucent's acquisition of Lannet where he served as the President and CEO. Shmil joined Lannet as VP for R&D. Shmil also served as VP of Madge Networks. Before joining Lannet, Shmil held senior technical positions at IAI, Boeing and Astronautics in the area of Avionic Systems. Shmil has a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Ben Gorion University.

Yoram Snir Partner Greylock

Yoram joined Greylock in 2005 after seven years at Cisco Systems. At his last position with Cisco Yoram lead the corporate international business development team, responsible for its acquisitions, investments and strategic partnerships efforts in Europe, Asia Pacific and Israel as well as in the global service provider technology space.

Before Cisco, Yoram was with ClassData Inc, a company that developed and marketed software for policy-based provisioning of differentiated services over IP networks. The company was acquired by Cisco in May 1998. Prior to Classdata Yoram held several management positions with other companies.

Yoram is currently a member on the board of Celeno, MySupermarket, Metis, WebCollage, and Retalika. He also represents Greylock on the board of Aeroscout. Yoram also served on the board for Bitband and Topio (acquired by NetApp) and represented Cisco on the board of Actona (acquired by Cisco), Riverhead Networks (acquired by Cisco Systems) and Personeta.

He received his MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University and B.Sc. Cum Laude in Computer Science from the Tel Aviv University.

Andrew Lockwood Chief Executive Officer

Andy is responsible for achieving Retalika's vision of making retailers the largest distribution channel for mobile content and services. He brings a track record of substantial P&L growth along with major strategic partnership and retailer deals. Andy has over twenty years of experience across telecommunications, mobile, software and internet with both small and large companies in the UK, Europe and the US.

Most recently Andy was President and Co-Founder of Graphita a web 2.0 online image enhancement company, and prior to that responsible for the Wholesale business at Covad Communications Inc, after starting and running the wireless division at Inktomi Corp'. Earlier Andy was a Senior Executive at BT, Hutchison and Millicom.

Andy was educated at Seale-Hayne College and University College of North Wales, and is a graduate of the Global Business Consortium at London Business School.

Noam Guzman Co-Founder

Noam Co-Founded Retalika in 2006, and is responsible for overall solution vision, forming strategic relationships, and developing new content and sales opportunities in order to realize the company's vision of making retailers the largest distribution channel for mobile content and services.

Noam most recently served as Director of Marketing at Comverse where he was responsible for strategic alliances with partners, as well as sales and marketing to telecom operators. He brings over 10 years of management experience in the areas of product development, sales and marketing.

Noam holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and Tel Aviv University, and B.Sc in engineering from Ben Gurion University.
